I'm an Aussie living in Denmark and I'm a mother of 3 kids. Our first child suffered from severe eczema which sparked an untameable passion for health and helping others.

I’m a certified Naturopath from the Institute for Biological Medicine, Denmark, with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from the University of Queensland, Australia, and a certification as an Applied Quantum Biology Practitioner (QBC, USA).

Before pivoting into health, I worked for about a decade as a lawyer in life sciences, working 9 of those years in-house at a Danish multinational pharmaceutical company. I bring a rigorous, science-based perspective to my health practice.

As a naturopath, I offer best-practice advice and support through individualized regeneration programs, planned from a detailed understanding of each unique person's situation. My training spans all organ systems and classic naturopathic therapies.
